1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GalaHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and vendors.
2. About GalaHub
GalaHub is an online marketplace that connects customers with event vendors — including venues, catering, photography, décor, and food services — for events across India. GalaHub facilitates the booking process but is not itself a vendor or event organiser.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- GalaHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings
- Bookings made through GalaHub are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification from GalaHub.
- GalaHub coordinates between customers and vendors but is not a party to the contract between them.
- Customers are responsible for verifying vendor suitability for their event requirements.
5. Payments
- Payment terms, advance amounts, and refund policies are determined by individual vendors.
- All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment processing is handled by authorised payment gateways. GalaHub does not store card or payment credentials.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are communicated at the time of booking.
- GalaHub does not guarantee refunds — refund eligibility is governed by the vendor's cancellation policy.

7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on GalaHub are independent service providers. They are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services. GalaHub makes no warranties regarding vendor performance or service quality.
8. RSVP & Event Features
GalaHub provides RSVP management tools for event hosts. By using these features, you agree not to use them to send unsolicited communications or to misrepresent event details to guests.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on GalaHub — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of GalaHub and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Vendor-provided content remains the property of the vendor.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to vendor non-performance, event cancellations, or data loss.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
13. Changes to Terms
GalaHub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
